The Wildhorse Homes partnership was formed to turn around the abandoned foundations and vacant lots in the Wildhorse at Prospect neighborhood. Located at the northern end of Mt. Crested Butte, Colorado, the neighborhood has forever views facing the National Forest and Paradise Divide. The team of Larimer Associates, Proximity Green, and Black Dragon Development set the standard for luxury homebuilding, building top of the market for quality and value, and consistently raising prices for the entire neighborhood. Our partnership developed an enhanced home design, upgraded finishes throughout the homes, and provided superior craftsmanship on each home delivered during our ownership. In 2021 the remaining homesites were sold, including the unobstructed view lots facing Gunnison National Forest and the Gothic Valley.

Proximity Green served as the overall development manager for the partnership, managing all business transactions, underwriting the initial acquisition, managing the design team and general contractor, and directing all marketing and sales activity through our agent, Channing Boucher.
