Proximity Green worked with Hartman Ely Investments to develop the financial strategy for the Eiber Village project, located just steps from Garrison Street light rail station in Lakewood, Colorado. Proximity Green and HEI worked through numerous proformas before deciding to pursue Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and HEI was awarded 4% LIHTCS, which were supported by State Historic Tax Credits and funding from Jefferson County.

The property is now 100% income restricted affordable housing for seniors, and was recently awarded a Lakewood Sustainability Award.
